                       Welcome to Innersense Reiki!!

        Reiki works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, which means it treats the person holistically rather than the symptoms and the best way discover what Reiki is and what it can do for you is by experiencing a Reiki Session.

Innersense Reiki treatments are tailored to individual needs and I draw on experience from an extensive practice to help facilitate a sense of peace and wellbeing in each individual.

As a Reiki Practitioner for over 7 years, completion of my Master Teacher training resulted in the creation of Innersense Reiki in 2004. Many treatments are povided for those suffering various symptoms including stress, migraines, arthritis and some success in helping reduce the side effects of traditional cancer treatments.

Innersense Reiki was created with the vision to provide a safe, nurturing, down to Earth environment in which to learn and practise this beautiful hands on healing modality. Found among my students are people from all walks of life including business professionals from managers, beauty therapists, personal care workers, nurses and massage therapists right through to people looking for direction and/or to reduce stress in their lives and others living with illnesses wishing to be proactive by creating a positive approach to their own healing.

After you have learned how to Reiki yourself & others, ongoing support is provided including a weekly training night  to  further build your skills, confidence or just simply to connect with like minded beings.
